High Street Café opened it’s doors on September 11, 2000.  Sitting on the corner of 13th and High Street the café is serving the same high quality food and drinks Full City customers have come to expect and love.  Whether it’s a drink with Full City ’s signature Hot Chocolate or tasty treats from the Palace Bakery the Full City Café on High street offers a relaxing place to sit and enjoy a treat with someone special.
